“Sometimes waking up feels impossible.”

“I am my biggest critic.”

“I feel worthless.”

“I am so lost, I don’t even know who I am anymore.”

YOU ARE WORTHY.

Deciding to work on yourself can be an intimidating and overwhelming choice, but and I am here to be with you every step of the way.

I am passionate about:

My Therapeutic Approach

Every individual has their own spectrum of feelings, challenges, and difficulties. I believe that each individual should be met with a therapeutic solution that reflects that.

Throughout life, we tend to develop parts that serve us in different ways. We gained them both mentally and behaviorally to survive the environment we were in. When we work to become the best version of ourselves, we often need to confront some of these parts and learn how to cope in a more compassionate and productive way.

I like to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, and Narrative Therapy into our work together, but I will tailor our sessions to fit your needs. You know yourself better than anyone, and I want to help you become your best self. I provide individual counseling for clients ages 12 and up.

My goal is to guide you to a point where you can feel empowered and confident.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

Hi, my name is Claysa (pronounced Clay-sa – she/her) and when I am not hosting a BBQ or game night, you can find me hanging with my partner and my dog. I love a good movie and am always game for a friendly competition. Outside of having my fun where I can, I am very driven and am honored to have a career where I can help people. I know from personal experience that therapy works, and I am grateful to be on this path.
