Learn how to understand your anxiety, implement strategies to manage

uncomfortable sensations, and regain a sense of empowerment.

Telehealth sessions starting March 18th, 2024 on Mondays from 2:00pm-3:00pm MST.

We will focus on building skills to more fully understand what anxiety can look like, engage in learning meaningful coping mechanisms to help manage anxious thoughts and sensations, and work to more fully understand how our thoughts interact with our bodies and manifest in anxious experiences.

Working with the Anxiety Therapy Group is a truly effective strategy to take you from a place of feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and taken over by worries to embracing skills to help manage high anxiety, re-writing core beliefs, and regaining control over your time and energy!

In this group we will:

  • Increase understanding of how anxiety affects our brain and body

  • Learn coping skills to help reduce experiences of anxiety.

  • Identify and increase awareness of maladaptive thinking.

  • Discuss different self-care strategies to help manage anxiety symptoms.
