“I find it hard to quiet my racing thoughts.”

“My heart hurts and feels that joy is hard to find".”

“Chronic fears, worries and doubts leaves me discouraged.”

I can help with that

When you feel overwhelmed and discouraged, it can be hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Believe in the resiliency and strength of the human soul to overcome trials, sorrows, and fears. Whatever your current worries or heartaches, there is always hope and potential for growth. I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe place of counseling so that together we can gently walk-through your places of pain, towards healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
