“Life feels too hard.”

“I want to work on my marriage, but my partner isn’t interested.”

“I feel like I’m having a midlife crisis.”

I AM GLAD YOU ARE HERE. I’D LOVE TO HELP.

When you have tried and still feel stuck, counseling can provide a place to process and help provide tools to help get you get unstuck while get you feeling better and more connected to those you love. I would love to help you navigate the process. I am currently accepting new tele-health clients.

I’m passionate about:

My Therapeutic Approach

I work with adults and couples on a variety of issues listed above. I also work with teens & children in highly mobile families such as third-culture kids (TCKs), military families, expats and others who are facing challenges that may be related to high mobility.

I provide a safe place for clients to share and process their experiences and challenges. Through a collaborative effort, we set goals and explore a plan for therapy. I laugh and cry with my clients and I offer my clients evidence-based tools and interventions to help them navigate the challenges they bring. I use an integrative approach to therapy. For individuals I draw from Strength-based CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and others to help you address issues. With couples I like to use Emotion-Focused Therapy and Gottman Method tools in order to help you and your partner strengthen your relationship.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

About me:

I am a mom to four daughters, and married to a U.S. diplomat. I grew up in Colorado, and love the outdoors and hiking in the Rocky Mountains! Since then I’ve lived all over the US and around the world in five different states, seven different countries, and four different continents. Counseling is a second career for me. My first career was in nutrition and exercise and I have also been a coach for expat moms navigating the challenges of living and mothering abroad. I am so excited to have found counseling! I love working with clients to help them process their experiences, and find tools to feel better. My hobbies are traveling with my family, snuggling up for movie night with my husband and my girls, exercising, and volunteering with Days for Girls.
