Starting therapy can be scary and overwhelming, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe to explore your feelings. I follow the person centered approach, and meet you where you are at. I let you take control of your session. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and strive to understand your experiences and goals, and recognize your unique qualities. I accept you as you come, and believe you are the expert of your own life. I am here to help provide you with a safe environment, and collaborate with you to set goals for a happier and healthier life. In session we will work on learning new skills to help you flourish.

More About Me

I was born and raised in Northern Colorado. I had the privilege to twirl baton all 4 years of my undergraduate experience, and now enjoy coaching baton. Throughout my undergraduate experience I learned a lot about myself, most importantly my passion to help others. I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, and have a lot of experience working with adolescents and Autism. In my free time I love spending time with my nephews, watching a true crime documentary, and playing with my dog.
