I am passionate about:

My Therapeutic Approach

Therapy isn't "one size fits all". I use a holistic approach that is tailored to your particular wants and needs. While I may use a variety of techniques, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) my goal is always to create a non-judgemental space where you can explore and be listened to. I aim to help you create a life that is more in line with your values, to assist you on a journey to understand yourself better, and to allow you to process difficult emotions so you can live unburdened.

When you work with me, we create a team to help you work through what is difficult and celebrate your strengths. If life feels like it is harder than it needs to be, let me be your teammate in wellness.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

About me:

Hi, I am Madrid (she/they) and I was born and raised in Colorado. I adore animals and love spending time with my partner and two cats. I also love to sing, play board and video games, curl up with a fantasy/science fiction book, play frisbee golf, and go swing or blues dancing. You can generally find me trying to identify plants in the park or doing something nerdy.
