“My partner and I feel worlds apart”

“I am struggling setting boundaries in my relationships”

Are you struggling to connect with your child in a meaningful way?

Do you find yourself stuck having the same arguments in your relationships?

I would love to help you.

I’m Peyton and I have a passion for helping my clients build happy and healthy relationships. I’d love to help you live a fulfilling life and experience the most out of your relationships. Starting the process of therapy can feel overwhelming and scary, and I am here when you are ready.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe you are the expert of your life and I would love to walk alongside you in your journey. My approach to therapy comes from a place of curiosity and compassion and I believe each client has unique experiences that have helped shape how they view the world.

I enjoy working from an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) perspective while incorporating elements of CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. My specialties include exploring relationships, perfectionism, boundary setting and cultivating the healthiest version of yourself, whatever this may look like at this point in your life.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

About me:

In my free time, I love spending time with my loved ones. You usually can find me at a concert, taking a drive through the Colorado mountains, or having a game night full of good food and friendly competition. As long as I’m surrounded by good company, I am happy doing anything. I love reading, cooking, and music and often spend my free time engaging in all three.
