I HEAR YOU, AND I’M HERE TO HELP.

I am passionate about counseling, and my specialities include:

My Therapeutic Approach

It is my belief that, as your therapist, I am your teammate in your healing journey. I view the counseling process through a person-centered and holistic lens. You are the expert in your own life and experiences. I enjoy being creative while helping people navigate their unique circumstances and concerns. I know that what worked for someone else, may not be the best approach for you. Together we will build upon your strengths and skills, so that you feel empowered to take on whatever life throws at you. My goal is to help you feel confident in your ability to cope and assist you in learning more about yourself. With me, you are safe to be yourself without fear of judgment.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

Growing up in Oregon, much of my hobbies are centered around nature including hiking, camping, and archery. I enjoy baking, reading, and attending concerts with my husband.

I started my mental health career working in Crisis Respite. From there, I began working with adolescents and young adults, some of whom experienced psychosis. After moving to Colorado, I spent time working for my community’s ACT team, where I taught skills to adults with Schizophrenia. I have learned so much about compassion and empathy through these roles, and feel so fortunate to be able to work with people in this capacity.
