I am happy to support you in exploring what makes you feel fulfilled in life. I want to empower you to show up authentically and share your story. Asking for help takes a lot of courage and I am here to walk with you.

My Therapeutic Approach

We all have the power inside of us to reach our potential. My approach emphasizes empathy and acceptance of the unique qualities that make up the authentic you. I want to honor that you are the expert on your story. Together we can collaborate to build the care that fits your unique needs. I am happy to sit with you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also happy to provide practical skills to help you cope with daily stressors. I come from a multicultural background and understand how identities make up who we are. I am excited to offer a person-centered, emotionally-focused lens into my practice. I hope to provide some relief for the burdens that we all carry with us day to day.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
