My Therapeutic Approach

I recognize each person has their own identity and goals, therefore my approach will vary when working with you. I will meet you where you are and we can begin your healing journey together.  Utilizing open communication and empathy will assist in helping clients feel safe, affirmed, and understood when working with me. Goals will be collaboratively designed with specific problems or symptoms that my clients are currently facing and turned into realistic, achievable goals that represent what they want to achieve or what they want their life to look like.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

As a devoted mother of three, I find joy and fulfillment in nurturing not only my children but also the world around me. My love for crafting and gardening stems from my childhood spent on a ranch, where I developed a deep affection for animals and the natural world. This passion extends to my professional life as well, where I have garnered extensive experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field.
