Life is certainly hard at times- together we can facilitate personal growth, healing, and increasing the quality of your experience. Our relationship with others, our environments, and other dimensions of life is the core of who we are as humans. Fortunately, therapy is a tried and true version of this relationship that empowers us to accomplish mental health, wellness, and positive change. I am here to connect with and understand your unique circumstances so that we can safely navigate any hurdles that arise. My ideal world is one where we can all live in harmony and be able to safely express our inherent uniqueness.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe that the human mind has the capacity to transform itself by understanding who we are, where we came from, and where we’re headed. My therapy style is varied, tailoring my approach to each unique individual. Through understanding ourselves, we can start to look at the patterns and emotions that may not be serving us any longer. 


I am psychodynamically trained, which means that gaining insight through your past relationships and experiences may help facilitate your growth. Other interventions I like to use include mindfulness, emotional awareness, and existentially-based therapy. This last one can sound deep, but ultimately it’s about helping to create meaning in your life when it matters most.

More about me:

I grew up in the windy city of Chicago and made my way to Boulder over 9 years ago, where I never looked back. After pursuing a Psychology degree at Loyola University, I took considerable time to explore all of my interests to make sure that I was indeed following my passion. Naturally, I landed back in graduate school at Northwestern University to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Mental health and wellness, philosophy and spirituality, have always been on the agenda for me, and I am always looking to improve my understanding of the human condition and figuring out how best to enjoy our time on this earth. In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching basketball, hiking, running, fostering cats and dogs, chess, learning languages, and reading.
