“I feel that my life is out of control.”

“I can’t seem to prioritize my self-worth and care in relationships with others.”

“I feel like I don’t have a sense of purpose or meaning in life.”

I hear you.

Seeking help is not giving up; it is refusing to give up. Together, we can work to recognize the importance of choice, accountability, and self-worth, empowering you to have more genuine experiences in your life.

My Therapeutic Approach

I am passionate about holistic wellbeing and utilizing every aspect of what makes you, you. My approach to therapy is to respect and appreciate each individual’s unique strengths and worldview. I believe that each person can find healing and growth within themselves; sometimes, you just need someone to help you draw that out. I am enthusiastic about ensuring that clients live their lives in alignment with who they are and who they want to be. I approach each client with empathy, acceptance, and genuineness.
